Wedding and Event Coordination and Planning

Getting married is one of life's rites of passage.  I offer "full service" and "day of" planning and coordination.  "Full service" encompasses planning, directing and coordinating.  I will help you select the right vendors, design the wedding and confirm every detail with your vendors.  "Full service" also includes orchestration of both the ceremony and reception.  My "day of" services actually begin a few days before the ceremony.  I will confirm all vendors and their delivery times, and meet with you to discuss any last minute items that still need to be finished.

When all of the planning is finished and your wedding day arrives, you will feel like a guest at your own wedding.  I will ensure that every aspect of your wedding flows seamlessly and according to your specifications.

Wedding coordination for the reception includes making sure you and your wedding party are kept on time, directing your first dance, initiating the dinner service, prompting the cake cutting, packaging your belongings at the end of the reception and ensuring that all of your personal items are delivered to your family as instructed.

I also offer event and wedding planning only that allow you to request consulting services on an as-needed basis.  You will have the comfort of knowing you have a hotline for any event-related question.  I will answer every call and email.
