She helped with everything from the venues, to invitations, and so much more. She did everything with a smile and we could tell that she put her whole heart into making our day special for us, but also all our family and friends!!! We had such a beautiful. Originally, she was hired as a "day of" coordinator for my daughter's reception (the wedding was a destination ceremony). But, she stepped in and t6ook charge after I had a health emergency in the family, and she didn't charge extra for it. Her exceptional organizational skills and endless energy proved to be invaluable to the success of my daughter's special day. She coordinated and worked with every vendor, spent two days to decorate the room with a few extra surprises, and kept the event running smoothly so I could enjoy every moment with my family. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring an event coordinator, but please make a point to meet Toi before making your final decision. You will instantly notice her passion for weddings and ability to connect with people. Our family will forever be thankful to Toi for her hard work and dedication in giving us such a beautiful reception. I loved my custom-made margarita glass! That was super cute and fit me perfectly. Since we had a beach destination wedding, incorporating the beach theme and the pink were perfect! Thank you!!! We so appreciate your skillful selection and oversight of our catering and venue layout. The food was fabulous! The layout of the venue was perfect! The evening was magical and everyone had a wonderful time. As a result, our guests spent 80% more money that evening than we anticipated. We are on track to donate more than $25,000 to our designated charities! Thank you for working so closely with the folks at Delaney Vineyards and Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner to ensure the success of the event. We also appreciate your skilled assistance in designing and producing the signage for the Cashier Table and Cash Bars, and for your invaluable support of the Decorating Committee.
